how can i mount a regular led flashlight to my bike?

i already have a really bright 21 LED torch and i don’t really see the point of buying another if i can find a way to mount it to my bike. if so how? are there certain mounts i can buy? i would like to have both options of mounting it to the handle bars, or my helmet, thanks
or will it just be easier to buy one with a mount made for it

I’m not sure about attaching one to a helmet, but whilst having a read of some bike forums recently, this product was meantioned. –
